On October 11, 12, and 13, 2002 the City of Maryville will host its 3rd annual Foothills Fall Festival. Last year's festival attracted more than 140,000 festival goers. The festival is held on the Maryville's scenic Greenbelt and features a Downtown Arts & Crafts Area, the Children's Adventure Land and Live Entertainment. There is plenty of food and fun for the whole family.

This year's Arts & Crafts display will be presented in our historic downtown featuring top artists and crafters from all over the country. There will also be free carriage rides and many more attractions in this area.

The Children's Adventure Land will feature an entertainment stage with lots of fun performers for all ages. Some of the attractions in this area include a petting zoo, giant slide, obstacle course, face painting, clowns, and many more interactive activities for the children. There is no charge for admittance and all of the attractions are free or have a very nominal charge.

The highlight of the three-day event is the entertainment. This year's performers include George Jones, Travis Tritt, Aaron Tippin, Clay Walker, Jerry Lee Lewis and many more national entertainers. The music starts Friday at 3:00 and keeps on rocking until Sunday evening. The Theatre in the Park is a wonderful way to see these performers. Bring your chairs and stay the whole weekend. Tickets will go on sales June 1st. There is a limited number of tickets available. One ticket is purchased for the entire weekend of entertainment. Ticket prices are $30.00 from June 1 - Aug 1; $45.00 Aug 2 - Oct 10; at the gate $55.00. Get your tickets early before they sell out!
